Linway smart gravity vertical throat metal detector is a specialized type of metal detection system designed for high-throughput industrial applications, particularly in the food, pharmaceutical, and packaging industries. It is used to detect metal contaminants from the bulk material gravity falling from top loading by manual or weigher.
How It Works:
Bulk products pass through the vertical throat of the metal detector.
The detector generates an electromagnetic field and monitors for disturbances caused by metal contaminants.
If metal is detected, the system will be alarm with light as standard, or triggers the rejection mechanism to remove the contaminated product.
