LW-MD20/30/40/50AL Aluminum metal detector series are with heavy duty frame and  DSP technology for detecting FE SUS contaminants from the package with aluminum foil material, such as bag, pouch, jar or carton, etc. It's popular in various industries like food, seafood products, meat or poultry, salted products, pastry, nuts, fresh vegetables and fruits, chemical raw material, pharmacy, cosmetics, toys, etc.
Other version 2018, 3012, 5025, 6030, 7025 are available according to project request.

KEY TECHNOLOGY

How They Work
Metal detectors operate based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. They generate a magnetic field and then detect disturbances in that field caused by metallic objects. When the detector's coil passes over a metal object like aluminum, it induces eddy currents in the metal, which in turn generate a magnetic field that the detector can sense.

Q: How is Metal detector work?
A: Using the principle of electromagnetic induction, three sets of coils are distributed inside the probe: the transmitting coil and two equivalent coils, the receiving coil. After the coil is energized, an electromagnetic field will be generated in the probe window area, without any metal. When foreign objects enter, the induced voltages of the receiving coils on both sides cancel out each other to achieve equilibrium State; When metal enters, it will cause changes in the electromagnetic field, and the induced voltage of the receiving coils on both sides is zero, The method of offsetting can be used to determine the presence of metal impurities.
