OVERVIEW

 

The V blender/mixer is widely used in the mixing of powder materials in industries such as food, pharmaceutical, chemical, daily chemical, and hardware. This machine adopts the principle of gravity dispense for mixing, the pressure for the material is small, and it will not cause shear crushing of the material. The cylinder body is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the inner and outer walls are polished without dead clean point.

During the blending process, there is no pollution to the materials, low power consumption, and easy cleaning. Stainless steel butterfly valves are used for inlet and outlet discharge, with no dust leakage or airborne problem.
Large capacity mixer can be equipped with a vacuum feeding system to improve work efficiency and improve the working environment. Especially suitable for mixing the similar particle size and apparent density materials. The rotation axis of the V-shaped mixer is increased by adding mixing blades inside the V-shaped cylinder to accelerate the mixing speed, suitable for mixing easily condensable materials.
