OVERVIEW

 Function
The LW-C series is a high speed and precision automatic online weight-checking equipment, it is use for checking if the product weight on the conveying-belt is comply to the setting target weight with tolerance, and also is able to auto-reject the less-weight or over-weight products.
Working Principle

1. The in-order products with equal distance go into the weighing-belt;
2. When the product pass the front photo-sensor on the weighing-belt, it start to weigh;
3. During the period the product pass through the weighing-belt, the load cell will finish the weighing with AD technology and display the weight on the screen;
4. It will compare the displayed weight with the setting target weight include the tolerance, and distinguish the qualify and unqualified products, the over-weight and less-weight will be auto-rejected; all the weighing records will be saved or printed (option);
