LW-MD-P30 Linway Pipeline Metal Detector Series
Linway Pipeline metal detector series are a specialized device used to detect metallic FE NON-FE SUS contaminants inside the flowing liquid sauce material through pipelines and reject them automatically, popular for liquids, pastes, and semi-solid materials. Equipped with high-sensitivity coil sensors installed within a closed pipeline, it can quickly and accurately detect even the smallest metallic impurities, ensuring product quality and safety.
How it works?
Metal detectors operate based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. They generate a magnetic field and then detect disturbances in that field caused by metallic objects. When the detector's coil passes over a metal object like Fe, Non-Fe or SUS, it induces eddy currents in the metal, which in turn generate a magnetic field that the detector can sense.
