LINWAY intelligent NEW version multihead packaging weigher is an automatic high-speed and high-precision weighing solution equipment according to the product's preset target weight or target pieces.

Multiweigher Working Principle:
By using of permutations and combinations in the mathematical principle, allow the CPU to calculate, select and dump the closest combination weighing buckets to the target weight or pieces from all the possible combined product's weight in the weigh buckets (The number of combinations will be subject to the number of the buckets, such as 10 buckets is 1023 combinations, 14 buckets is 16383 combinations, 16 buckets is 65535 combinations, 20 buckets is 1048575 combinations), thus finish one auto-weighing cycle.
